We delivered a set of semi-custom carbon pilot ladders for MY Omnia in Greece. Made from carbon fibre prepreg, the steps are coated in polyurea for added protection of both the ladders and the yacht surface. All other connecting segments are custom-made from UV-resistant POM, ensuring strength and durability throughout. For secure and removable deck attachment, we also designed and produced a GRP step that locks into the yacht deck, providing a firm and reliable base.

The result is a lightweight, robust, and visually refined solution built to superyacht standards.
